Because of Tenpenny's goal of eliminating all street gangs, even if Smoke did kill C.J., he would've had his power and his life taken away anyway. First he was The Mole towards the GSF, and then it culminated in him becoming a drug kingpin. for Officer Pendleberry's murder, and the power Smoke gained had corrupted him. Ryder was easily convinced by Smoke, the Ballas killed Beverly, Tenpenny framed C.J. and the Ballas due to the Families' decline, and him seeing the opportunity to profit off of the drug industry. He started off as a loyal member to the GSF, but then, before C.J.'s return, he and Ryder had no other choice but to align themselves with C.R.A.S.H. His lines "I made it, C.J.! I'm a success!" are particularly hard-hitting, because one gets the feeling that he's not only trying to convince C.J., but himself as well. The death of Big Smoke and before finding out that the power, cash, and drugs finally corrupted him.Hell, the third part there even addresses that Dogg likely uses hoes to refer to Loc stealing away his groupies. In his radio interview, Loc points a gun at Lazlow for "dissing his hoes", which most likely refers to his fans (the interview even semi-jokingly states he's "hated women all his life" if you take him using hoe in a derogative sense). There's nothing to suggest Madd Dogg has any sexual affairs or is a pimp (let alone being involved in sex trafficking or prostitution), or if OG Loc is gay beyond a mission about killing someone who may or may not have prison rape him (its evident throughout the game that Loc is an disloyal backstabber). This entry reads to me like a misinterpretation, especially if you've played through the game like I have. There isn't much indication anywhere else in the game that Madd Dogg is involved in sex trafficking. Madd Dogg thinks women should be fawning over him instead because he has a better claim to it. OG Loc took Madd Dogg's career, wealth, and his house, so he presumably stole the adoration that Madd Dogg's fans (including women) previously showed him. It could just be that he's referring to groupies and fangirls instead. Alternatively, it's possible they aren't literally his hoes in the sense that they're his sex slaves. Why is CJ so inconsistent when it comes to this? Is he a sociopath? Is he just plain stupid? When Madd Dogg said what was mentioned earlier, CJ doesn't shoot him right there, EVEN though he could tell Jizzy was a pimp for wearing a purple suit and running a nightclub enslaving people into stripping. Sure, sex trafficking can train its victims to be silent while they're raped, but if we're supposed to believe that OG Loc is gay given his gesticulation, voice, and somewhat because of his naivete, WHY would he view women as objects? The Lazlow defence may or may not work because Big Smoke was in the same room as OG Loc during his radio interview where it's suggested that OG Loc's a pimp, possibly pointing a gun at OG Loc's head in order to go along with the act of him instead of Smoke being a pimp. Actually, it's easy to come to the conclusion that Madd Dogg is a pimp, and isn't a half-decent person at all, due to the fact that he actually said, "those are MY hoes!" in response to seeing women that lived with him, in a mansion with 15 bedrooms according to him, in a video with OG Loc where no sexual moans could be heard.Unusual Alternative Character Interpretation entry Videogame
